Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request for the return the product to us on the spot of your delivery. Customer are advisable to inspect the furniture carefully for damages before sign the delivery order.

We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable return requests. We however reserve the right to refuse or deny any or all requests for return at our sole discretion.

To be eligible for a return / exchange / refund,. Also, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer (at the customer’s own expense) and the request for return will be denied.

Kindly note that in the process of the return of the said reject goods, the delivery of the goods back to us shall be solely born by the Customer at their own cost. In addition to that, in order to investigate the reason for return, we reserve the right to request that the product in question to be subjected for further evaluation and consideration.

Kindly note that items that are damaged due to purchaser’s fault or due to normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. This assessment will take 3-7 working days upon our receipt of the returned item.

Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defects like knocks, dent or cracks, inform us immediately or email to hello@furnituredirect.com.my

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team and refund will be issue within 7 working days if the defect caused by manufacturer.

In rare cases where product have minor scratches and dents, we will be touched up, repaired or replaced.

Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s colour, so that’s not eligible for a return / exchange / refund.

Home Direct Group Sdn Bhd cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

We strictly do not accept return and refund for change of mind.

Note: All the measurements are made by hand, there may be 1-2cm deviations.
Product may vary slightly from images due to the use of natural wood colour and grain pattern, marble colour and stone pattern, different fabric batch, leather grains and etc. May due to the photoshoot screen settings and lighting conditions.

Refund Policy

If there is any quality issue on the product you have order or last minute no stock due to fast selling, we will make the refund to you in 5-7 working days.

Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.

NO acceptance of refund due to actual product colour and product photo colour in website are different. Actual product colour may vary from the images shown.

AMENDMENT/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Change of order or cancellation is not allowed after confirmation.
